Terms & Conditions.

• All tattoo booking fees are 100% non refundable & cover the cost of administration, research & design work, no shows & last minute cancellations. If I need to rearrange your appointment for any reason, your booking fee remains non refundable and will be transferred to a new date. The booking fee will be deducted from the total due on the day of your appointment.

• Please note the quote given to you is flat for the work scheduled. If you are more than 15 min late for the appointment without notice, you will need to reschedule and pay a new booking fee. the full price of the work scheduled for the day will still be due if you decide to cut your appointment short on the day or continue the work at a later date. If this happens, you will need a new appointment to finish the work, with its corresponding booking fee and new quote for the work remaining due on the day of your new appointment.
  

• Booking fees can be paid with card though my booking system or cash at the shop. The remainder is to be paid on the day of your appointment, cash or card accepted.

• 48h notice must be given to cancel or move appointments. Although the booking fee is non refundable, it can be moved to use for another appointment with the correct notice or I can issue a voucher to the same value. You may only change your appointment date ONCE.

• If you decide to reschedule your appointment, your booking fee will be kept on hold for a maximum of 3 months, if you haven’t rescheduled by then, it will be forfeited.

• If you reschedule more than ONCE a new booking fee will be needed and will be higher than your initial fee.
  

• Your quote includes reasonable design time. If you completely change the design I.e booked in for an ornamental & floral piece then want to change to a pocket watch and rose & I have already completed your design, you will need to pay for additional design time. The cost of extra design work per hour is £15 payable via bank transfer. Minor changes can be done at no cost.
  

• You must be 18 years of age or above to get a tattoo, valid photographic ID is required at your appointment. You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding and I cannot tattoo you for 2 weeks after vaccination and infection and 6 weeks after surgical procedure.
  

• If you have any allergies or health conditions that might affect your tattoo, you must disclose them. Help me keep you safe.
  

• If you show up to your appointment after taking drugs/alcohol you will need to reschedule and pay a new booking fee.
  

• Voucher expiry dates are non refundable. If you intend to pay with vouchers please let me know when booking in. If you do not attend your appointment your vouchers will be void.

• If you fail to attend your appointment without letting me know or replying to my messages, you will be BLACKLISTED and won’t be booked in again. I understand that sometimes life happens and I don’t need to know reasons why, but I appreciate if you let me know, so I don’t waste time waiting for you and can book at a later time.

• Instalment payment plans are available over £185 ONLY at point of booking.

By paying the non refundable booking fee you agree to the above contractual terms and conditions.
